The quality control is what's most important to our company. To ensure the quality, systematic QC measures are implemented from the beginning to the end in line with ISO 9001-2000 as our quality management guide. We require that every item is strictly checked before placed in a container. Our QC staff have sound experience inspecting a wide range products. So we can ensure only qualified products reach our clients.

Procedures/testing Details
Firstly we choose suppliers according to KaiYun standards. IQC inspects all raw materials of qualified supplier before production. Secondly IPQC examine goods through whole producing processing. Thirdly FQC inspect all finished goods before warehousing. Finally OQC make a random inspection of good before delivery.
